CANCELLATION POLICY
β’ Deposits are non-refundable. β’ A 10-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals after this will be treated as a late cancellation. β’ Each client is allowed two (2) courtesy same-day reschedules or cancellations per year. β’ Courtesy changes allow flexibility without an additional fee, but do not override the non-refundable deposit. β’ Once courtesy changes are used, same-day cancellations or reschedules will result in a forfeited deposit and a $25 fee. β’ No-shows are subject to a 50% service fee (deposit applied toward balance). β’ Courtesy changes apply regardless of reason. β’ All fees must be paid prior to rebooking.
