My biggest mission and strive is to provide the most high quality thorough services, while as well creating a customer experience where you feel comfortable coming to me for your most vulnerable services. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Late Policy • Please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals beyond this cannot be accommodated and will be treated as a late cancellation. • Each client is allowed two (2) courtesy same-day cancellations or reschedules per calendar year. While courtesy changes are available, deposits will transfer to the rescheduled appointment. • Once courtesy changes are used: • Same-day cancellation or reschedule → deposit is forfeited + $25 fee • No-show → 50% of the scheduled service (deposit applied toward balance) • Courtesy changes apply regardless of reason, including illness or menstrual cycle. • Fees must be paid prior to rebooking.
